Day 1: Baku city tour
Arrival to Baku International Airport and departure from Baku to Lankaran. Accommodtion in hotel and free time. Start exploring Azerbaijan with a city tour of Baku, which is one of the oldest and biggest cities in the East for antiquity, territory and population. We’ll visit the Walled City of Baku with the Shirvanshah Palace and Maiden Tower, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Inner City (Icheri Sheher) has preserved much of its 12th century defensive walls. The 12th century Maiden Tower , built over earlier structures dating from the 7th to 6th centuries BC, and the 15th century Shirvanshah' Palace, one of the pearls of Azerbaijan's architecture. Juma Mosque and the Carpet Museum. We will have a walk in Seaside Park and along Baku Boulevard, the second largest one in Europe. Back to hotel for free time
Day 2: Baku - Salyan - Masalli - Lankaran
Breakfast in the hotel. Departure to south regions of Azerbaijan. Arrival to Salyan region and excursion to Shirvan National Park in Salyan region. Shirvan National Park was established in July 2003 in an area of 54 373, 5 hectares. It is a part of specially protected site with an overall area of 65589 hectares on the south-eastern plain of the Kura-Araz lowland which also includes, Shirvan State Nature Reserve having an area of 6232 hectares and Bandovan State Natural Sanctuary with an area of 4930 hectares. Departure from Salyan and arrival in Masalli region. Excursion to hot-water treatment Massali district familiarity with tourism and recreation center. Arrival to Lankaran and accommodation in AB Qala Hotel Lankaran 4*. Night in Lankaran
Day 3: Lankaran city tour
Breakfast in the hotel. Lankaran city tour. Lankaran is located in the south-eastern part of Azerbaijan on the Caspian Sea. This is one of the brightest and most beautiful cities in the country. Exquisite architecture, a wonderful climate and beautiful natural landscapes are the hallmarks of this city. The fertile soil serves to the prosperity of agriculture, the presence of hot springs attracts tourists and people who want to improve their health and a long history and an abundance of historical and cultural attractions do not leave fans of Antiquities indifferent. Excursion to Lankaran Fortress Gates, Hazi Aslanov house museum ( second world war hero ), The building of the lighthouse and circular tower. Excursion to Hirkan National Park. Hirkan National Park was established in 09 February 2004. The National Park is located on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the southeast of Azerbaijan. By the Decree dated on 23 april 2008 of the Prezident of Azerbaijan the area of Hirkan National park was enlarged to 40358 hectares. The park encompasses a virgin part of the Talish Mountains which are distinguished for its unique natural components. The mission of the National Park is to ensure the conservation of relict and endemic plant species of the Tertiary period, the protection of typical flora and fauna representatives of this area listed in the Red Data Book of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the implementation of environmental monitoring, public environmental education as well as creating conditions for research, tourism and recreation. Day 4: Discovering Talish mountains - Tour to Lerik
Breakfast to the hotel. Departure to the Lerik region. Arrival to Lerik and excursion to long-livers museum, museum of the history of Lerik and Maiden Tower in Lerik mountains. Back to the hotel and free time
Day 5: Baku
Breakfast in the hotel. Check out from the hotel and departure to Baku International Airport name of Haydar Aliyev. End of the tour
